Travel into town- and all of charming Ojai is waiting. This small town has both a sweet simplicity, and a level of sophistication all its own. The year’s activities include: a highly regarded music festival in an outdoor Bowl, a famous tennis tournament, blues festival, Mexican fiesta, country music festival, arts and crafts sale, senior golf tournament, wine tasting, band concerts in the park, and an old fashioned Fourth of July. There is a strong artistic community, several theatre groups, museum, topnotch golf courses, beautiful shops, and many citrus and horse ranches. Also available to the public are Meditation Mount, Bart’s Books (an outdoor bookstore run on the honor system after hours) and several highly rated Prep schools.

With all of these in-town destinations available, the only problem you may have is to convince yourself that any reason is good enough to actually leave the glories of the Ranch.
