The DENT HOUSE its Farm House & Guest Barns are residential rentals. These comprise a vacation and special events facility, ideal for family or corporate gatherings… small intimate weddings, seminars, retreats, reunions… also for film or print location work.
There is a three night minimum visit, and packages are available for longer stays. It is possible to rent the entire facility or, if available, the individual dwellings may be rented separately.
For stays seven nights or longer, housekeeping and utilities are added. There is a holiday premium of 15%.

There is a holding deposit, for reservations, of 25% of the total, refundable up to 30 days before arrival in most cases. The balance of rental is due 30 days before arrival in most cases. A security deposit is required. From this will be deducted damage beyond normal wear and tear. Local phone service is provided. Toll calls will require a phone card. There is a premium for holidays, weddings & parties.
We are a non-smoking facility.
All three houses have fully furnished kitchens, and The Dent House has a licensed commercial kitchen, user-friendly. We can connect you with chefs, or caterers for your everyday, or special events needs. Within the Ojai area may be found guides for hiking, nature walks, and historical tours, and there are massage therapists, yoga and Zen teachers, who will make visits to the ranch, upon arrangement.
These rates are for a total occupancy of 22. Over 22 persons requires approval. Children over 18 months are counted. |
